Holy F#@! those are some amazing pics. I am ridiculously jealous. I have been DYING to find any kind of abandoned place to visit out here but there are next to none that you can get into without getting arrested. :(
I want to hear stories though, to go with the pics! ;)
There are lots of stories with the pics.. But well.. My entry would turn into an epic entry -.-
I know what you mean about not finding anything though. When I was in spain the past few weeks I found next to nothing. Lucky for me the UK is totally filled with derelict goodness
Those body drawers...was there anything in them!?
Oh, and are you in any of those pictures?
Oh yes they were full of spiders and dust ;)
I'm in the last picture, sat in the chair.
The 'Cane Hill Room' is my favorite.
Definitely wish that kind of exploring could be done more in the US.
Are you kidding, theres tones of stuff over your way! I'd like to do a trip to the US just to do urbex.
Dude, these are freaking great. I love the look of Cane Hill.
Your photography is amazing.. Nap
Thanks Napper! Shame Cane Hill is nearly all demolished now -.-
Cane Hill was actually the first Asylum I saw on an urbex website about 8 or 9 years ago. I think it was called The One UK or something by a guy named Andrew Tierney. I have wanted to visit ever since, sadly never got around to it...

Taa secoh! There are much better urbex photos out there but I'm quite proud at what I get, especially with such budget photo equipment.
Cane Hill is surprising! Aside being dirty, it's amazing how in-tact it is, even the pillows! When did it close?
Carlton Theatre is brilliant too. I don't do UrbEx myself, but when looking at UrbEx photos, my favourite types of places are theatres/cinemas, hotels, and theme parks. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
